Life layer type
This function combines Conway’s Game of Life to a score mode.
This layer type can be selected by changing the layer mode.

Life is a version of the Score layer type, in which the LED cells are updated at the end of each loop, using the rules from Game of Life invented by the late John Conway.
Some notes:
- The left edge of the grid is connected to the right edge of the grid, and similarly for top and bottom.
- This layer type was intended more as a tribute than a serious musical object, many others have had the same idea
- A couple of fun shapes to try are below.

Compatibility Issues
You cannot load songs or blocks with a Life layer type in previous versions.
