Pitch bend

This function adds the response to the MIDI channel pitch bend message.

Sending the channel pitch bend message - MIDI message 0xE0 - will now bend the pitch generated by the TNR by up to +/- 2 semitones. There currently isn’t any way of generating this message on-board the TNR; it has to be generated by external equipment.

In many synthesizers there is also an RPN or NRPR message for changing the pitch bend range, but this is not currently enabled - the pitch bend range is fixed at +/- 2 semitones.
